In response to this problem, the researcher studied the use of oral training as a method to train leaders. This included the role of the African oral tradition, the biblical oral history, and the goal of making disciples through biblical education. In order to understand discipleship; the knowledge, character, and ministry life of the students was closely evaluated and they grew significantly in each of these areas. The data sources included exams, surveys, and interviews. The researcher presents a historical case study in which he examined biblical, theological and missiological foundations for indigenous church planting. He then presented the historical narrative of the Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance work in Guinea from 1918 to 2005. Within three missional ministry contexts, the researcher employed the grounded theory methodology, combining qualitative (interviews, questionnaires, observations, and field notes) and quantitative (forced-option surveys) tools to gather and triangulate data from 234 participants (225 group and nine treatment). The researcher designed, implemented, and subsequently measured the Missional Disciple Maker model. The development of an exit strategy in missions partnership serves as the backdrop from which this investigation evolved. The literature on empowerment, the historical review of Converge Worldwide's sixty years of engagement in the Philippines, and the literature on missions exit strategies were critically read and analyzed in this study. In addition, the researcher conducted surveys and interviews to assess the current realities, challenges, and trends in doing missions in the Philippines. There were three main steps in reaching this goal: the exegesis of biblical principles to find the model of Jesus' incarnational ministry, the exegesis of the Thai Buddhist context, and the development of a Thai contextualized model for building an effective ministry. The findings from field studies supported the library research about the belief system of the Thai Buddhist students and their value orientations.
