Using a methodology developed from Latin@ theologies and the tool of web ethnography, the author studies the web and social media sites of four HSIs in different geographic regions. Critical pedagogies and LatCrit theory provide lenses to evaluate the data gathered through web ethnographies. Theological anthropology helps deconstruct the author's personal experience in Part One. Max Weber's theory of ideal types continues the author's systematic arguments for placing social location as a primary consideration in pastoral ministry in Part Two.
