The project initiates five one-hour dialogue sessions for 63 health-care leaders, focusing on a paper--'Empowered Leadership: A Christian Perspective'--by consultant Bob Anderson. In order to do so a congregation must first understand how decisions are made and how it relates to that process.  The research involved interviews with 25 community leaders in business, politics, and society who help determine the primary and secondary leaders of the community.  The primary leaders were interviewed and their style of leadership analyzed.
