The project finds that patients who attend more classes and a higher percentage of classes improve their Spiritual Assessment Scores (SAS), but a higher SAS does not lead to a shorter length of stay (LOS). Those who exhibit the greatest improvement in SAS do have a shorter LOS, primarily because they attend classes consistently.
