Its purpose was to qualitatively explore, using surveys, focus group and sermon analysis, the place of each of the proofs in informing the communicative bridge building of sermons among evangelical English-speaking pastors and missionaries in Peru. This study was a qualitative study which gathered information through the use of interviews. The literature was divided regarding the matter of pastoral leadership. Some literature advocated strong leadership and other literature argued for shared leadership between the pastor and church officers. The effectiveness of this 12-week study was measured by a seventeen-question survey, administered to the 30 students, three separate times, in addition to some homework assignments.   The design allows the student to take a spiritual journey that will change the way one sees himself, thus changing the way he views others. Two hypotheses were proposed. The study categorizes the leadership attributes listed in 1 Timothy 3:2, 2 Timothy 2:24 and Titus 1:6-7 into six dimensions to measure the quality of ruling elders.    Data collected from 92 pastors via questionnaire, was analyzed to test the validity of the study using SPSS Procedure Factor Analysis and Reliability.
