Este trabajo busca demostrar la hipótesis de que los rasgos o características de un plantador de igesias efectivo pueden descubrirse y analizarse para su aplicación; por lo tanto, el estudio de las características de estos tres plantadores de iglesias revelará principios transferibles que pueden ser aplicados al ministerio de plantación de iglesias de otras personas. Con el propósito de probar la hipótesis y responder a la pregunta, el investigador hizo lo siguiente: seleccionar para este estudio de casos a tres reconocidos plantadores de iglesias que han estad trabajando por mucho tiempo con gente hispana en lost Estados Unidos. When all three of these components become daily repeated experiences the believers are assimilated. This project has four main components. First, a biblical study intended to determine the biblical assimilation principles that effectually work in believers' lives. Second, a literature study to discover the theological factors that affect the assimilation process of believers into the functioning body. Third, two case studies of American leading churches through survey questionnaires and onsite interviews and observation. Fourth, the results of the studies are the functional factors in formulating the assimilation principles for the Chinese Bible Church of Jakarta, Indonesia. From the assimilation and church growth literature review and the biblical study ten significant assimilation principles were selected for this study. Each principle was present in the first century church (Acts 2:42-47) and in the life of Christ. A class was created to accomplish this purpose. The Christian preachers were taught how to construct expository messages. The importance of good sermon delivery was stressed. The preachers were instructed to read the text aloud expressively, use voice, body, and eyes appropriately, and communicate passionately. Finally, the students were trained to evaluate messages for accuracy, clarity, interest, and relevance. La estrategia consiste en llevar a la congregación a responder a la pregunta, Para qué estoy acá en la tierra y en base a los cinco propósitos del programa y en función de grupos pequeños, arribar a una respuesta que produzca crecimiento en la vida de los creyentes y mayor asistencia a la iglesia local. El presente trabajo de investigación busca evaluar la efectividad del programa en tres iglesias de Lima, Perú. La hipótesis es: 'El programa de 40 Días con Propósito tiene una aplicación limitada con resultados distintos, dependiendo de la preparación, contexto y disposición los líderes involucrados. Además, los resultados de dicho programa no son permanentes sino que la mayoría de las personas llegan a la iglesia pero no permanecen más de un año a menos que se cuente un buen programa de discipulado.' Este trabajo utilizará diferentes instrumentos de medición. Estos instrumentos están en forma de encuestas y entrevistas personales. La conclusión a la que se ha llegado como resultado de la investigación, valida significativamente la hipótesis planteada. The new facility was intentionally designed to double the present facility's capacity. Our new facility will exceed the present occupancy needs and that the church finances will be seen as a contributing factor in the future ministry of the church. The author used 'The Self-Guided Church Consultant' as a method of study. The claim of D.F.L. is that every willing believer is to be equipped to be a leader. This research was conducted in a small group setting over a period of about twenty-five weeks with five men.
