Using Everett Roger's attributes of innovations in a series of focus groups and semi-guided interviews, this study explores the theology and best practices of an Anglo church experiencing growth through integrated Hispanic ministry. A survey of Hispanic ministry models is offered highlighting the integrated model. Teaching was conducted at a one-day workshop and focused on viewing church health through the lenses of God's mission, systems theory perspectives related to mission, and revitalization principles interpreted through God's mission for the church. Observations and interviews assessed how participants were impacted. The multi-faceted approach included: the design and use of a semantic differential test (before and after) to determine the shifts in attitude; the cognitive goals of sermons, books, and discussions; the first-hand exposure to WCCC and a successful Maryland application; and the official vote of the congregation to shift to this model of ministry.  MCC was not sufficiently dissatisfied with the status quo to motivate them to make the large-scale changes necessary to adapt this model. The author began with a biblical apologetic for numerical growth. Then he analyzed five theological-spiritual and ten sociological factors that could enhance growth.  The author investigated four urban, neighborhood churches in accordance with the above factors, through questionnaires, statistical and historical records, and personal observation. Participants interviewed attendees of OakWood and other churches to learn what they believed were growth obstacles and solutions. Participants drew their own conclusions from these interviews and employed Fox's Improved Nominal Group Technique to narrow the field of obstacles and solutions. Overall, participants were unsuccessful in identifying valid growth obstacles and the solutions to remove those obstacles.
