The discipleship consists of learning how to give the gospel presentation to unbelievers and learning how to teach the basics of the Christian faith to new believers. The project also consists of a clinic designed for wrestling coaches and taught by a nationally known wrestling coach who gives his personal testimony. The project utilized non-directive coaching and transformational learning as a means for existing leaders to mentor emerging leaders in developing the character qualities of servant leadership demonstrated by Jesus.  The project was comprised of a training retreat for the mentors and ten weeks of weekly meetings for mentoring the emerging leaders.
