This report reflects the process of training a group of laypeople to become spiritual mentors who are abale to produce other disciples. A training session educated the pastors about the beliefs of college students and how to minister to them. The pastors were given evangelism experience on the UNLV campus. An evaluation meeting was conducted about their findings. This ministry project was conducted in two strategic locations: Milpitas, California and Shanghai, China.  The primary objective of the seminar was for the participants to gain a greater perspective of and to discover their role in missions.  Eighteen participants provided the survey data prior to attending the seminar and twelve completed the survey data after taking a trip. Six members of the congregation organized a five-year program of support for the medical mission, beginning with hypertension screening for 300 persons over a six-month period and supplies of medication for persons diagnosed by the program. The project is theologically grounded in the holistic and ecclesiological nature of the mission of God. The thrust of the project is to explore ways to encourage and assist state conventions to do the best strategy planning and implementation they are capable of doing.  The design is a mutually accepted document delineating the state convention's approach and plans for language missions work. Interaction took place through regular consultation by telephone, mail and fax correspondence, on-site visits, and national conferences and conventions.  As the leaders struggled to identify their God-given vision, the author encouraged them to expand their horizons by considering creative strategies and establishing significant goals.
