Culture change can occur over time with theological focus, personal security, and the application of frames thinking. Leaders learned the proposed model of culture change and chose to implement it in their groups. Students were surveyed before and after the project to measure changes in the group's culture. A learning team combining members form both sides of this divide becomes a pilot group for broader cross-cultural relational development in the congregation.
