The study took a curriculum design approach to develop an educational framework for life-based mentoring. Developing this model involved a four-step process. First, the author examined a few key biblical mentoring narratives to find patterns and principles related to life-based mentoring. Second, he explored how the study of literature could inform the development of this model. Third, he established a strategic framework and developed a curriculum for this model.
