The goals of this project are to (a) strengthen the purpose of the local church, the First Congregational Church of Woodbury, and (b) inspire individual and community leadership. Three faith summits and a 'faith \u0026 justice' lecture series were devised. The first summit was held in the fall of 2005, the second faith summit in the spring of 2006, and the third in the fall of 2006. The 'faith \u0026 justice' lecture was a by-product of evaluations and learning from the three faith summits. Two committees were formed. The intra-religious committee and the inter-religious task force help steer the dialogue. Ongoing lectures and events are now combined efforts of both committees. The lectures are inspiring inter-religious dialogue both within the church and the community at large."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Hartford Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["8e52e4c8-38b6-4846-872d-a744b4f5725d"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799720212166082560,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:02:23.060Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:09:52Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T06:20:20Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"81ab6c84-d30b-49dc-9e2e-c37ea74e7be4","accessControl_ssim":["be423088-4afb-44c9-8f51-109892260cff"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["The Chrysalis Community Program: a multi-faith gender-responsive spiritual development project for incarcerated women"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T09:09:49Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T01:57:28Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["c13520bd-8f11-4ac2-a60a-08734b99403f"],"hasLease_ssim":["76dcd1ee-1ac3-4933-9d8a-9b369834fb38"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Hartford Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Miriam Therese Winter"],"year_tesim":["2003"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Laurie W Etter"],"publisher_tesim":["Hartford Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Women prisoners","Faith development","Christianity and other religions","Spiritual formation"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The Chrysalis Community Program is a three-month multi-faith spiritual development project for thirty-two women incarcerated at the York Correctional Institution, Niantic, Connecticut.
