Sexual addiction is a compulsive disorder. Sexual fantasy introduces chemical changes in the human body, producing a semieuphoric state of lust that afterwards gives way to shame. The project offers testing and counseling--including the rituals of confession, the means of grace, and preaching--for 14 persons enrolled in a recovery program for sexual addiction. Participants experience reduction in shame levels as measured by the Internalized Shame Scale."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799714727245381632,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T01:35:12.232Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:40:51Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:34:17Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"9bf6f102-8797-4035-8a57-ddd8328f08b2","accessControl_ssim":["6c85c61b-c45c-4739-9707-67f8a55e659f"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Health ministries: a dual degree program for graduate nursing education"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:40:50Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:41:53Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["d55954c3-6fc8-4351-910e-a898589f0a33"],"hasLease_ssim":["0eb0a1ee-c758-43c1-b73f-f28ed9bc67d7"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia"],"advisor_tesim":["J White Andrew"],"year_tesim":["1997"],"location_tesim":["United States"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Judith Allen Shelly"],"publisher_tesim":["Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia"],"subject_tesim":["Nursing education","Education--Curricula","Religious education","Interdisciplinary approach in education","Theological seminaries"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project proposes a curriculum for a master's-level dual-degree program in nursing and ministry, in order to provide the theological and professional nursing foundation necessary for teaching and leading the Parish Nurse movement.
