Thirty years of fierce self-reliance has produced an inability on the part of church members to engage themselves and their community in renewal.  The outcome is spiritual and numerical stagnation.  Christ Presbyterian Church's future can be found in the Ecclesiology of the Early Church and in the Christology of the Reformed Tradition.
