Three testing instruments assesed marital satisfaction while three others assessed problem-solving skills, self-esteem, and personal tendencies. The report discusses the importance of money in contemporary life, the teachings of Jesus regarding money, and the biblical and psychological impact of compassion. Based on the concepts that ministry is for reconciliation, and listening is a vital ministry, the project sought to train lay church members in the art of creative listening.  These trained listeners then called on other church members--especially the disaffected--in an attempt to achieve reconciliation.
