Included are worship services for a women's retreat, the heavy-laden Christmas, a women's Lenten program, a wedding anniversary, high school graduates and their parents, and four Sunday mornings.  The methodology includes a study of Reformed worship and scripture, theological reflection, theme development, informing liturgy, and sharing ideas for sermon development. The theory is tested in the Presbyterian Church of Australia in the state of New South Wales.  Data for the study is obtained by a mailed questionnaire and is analyzed with the SPSS-X.  Results indicate a strong trend toward conservatism/fundamentalism.  More conservative ministers experience the highest levels of conflict with laity and non-church people. The project established principles and methods of counseling for Korean churches which can be effective in ministry.  Questionnaires reveal that clergy and laity both feel home visitation is necessary. Preaching-centered ministry and home visitation must work together in Korea. Two instruments were used in a retreat setting.  The instruments determined styles of leadership, defined ministry, discussed who performs the ministry, and to whom. The results provided opportunity for evaluation and setting of goals.  The most effective and dynamic churches were those that shared responsibility and power between clergy and laity. A 110-item questionnaire surveyed 239 clergy and 261 laity with a 66 percent overall return.  Responses indicated that both clergy and laity are open to explicit faith healing within the church if approached from a rational, critical perspective.  It appears that explicit faith healing should be a part of the church's ministry.
