This study focuses on the relevant issues, resources, and experiences which led to the implementation of basic communities in a particular parish.  This  thesis is biographical in style as it tells the story of a people, a parish, and a process that gave birth to smaller communities of faith. Considerable attention is given to the core group who was primarily responsible for the study and formation of the base communities.
