The literary research investigated biblical and historical bases for cell-group ministry. The sociopsychological research assessed the quality of Christian community evidenced within the small group movement. The field research was helped by seven cell-group leaders of KBC. Chapter 3 addresses the current need for mission statements and explains the process of leading churches to create them. Chapter 4 describes the five seminars that comprise the project, providing insight regarding seminar participants' responses.
