The thirty-four trainees were taught in thirty-eight sessions by nine alternating instructors.  Some of the topics taught were organizational structure, qualifications of a good leader, starting a Royal Rangers outpost, leading boys to Christ, dealing with problems, campcrafts, planning a successful meeting, teaching aids and techniques of communications. It is based upon the belief that learning in an enjoyable manner will help concepts be more deeply a part of the child's life.
