The author exegetes passages in the Bible which are relevant to the subject of the ancestor practices and from his exegesis constructs a theology which speaks to major issues faced by Chinese Christians today. Chapter 3 describes the model and explains its implementation.  The results of the model's implementation are recorded in Chapter 4 as the model's building blocks become manifest. The Apostle Paul is used as a model to demonstrate how this could be done within a local church.
