These challenges created many conflicts within the congregation. In order to solve the problem at hand, the author researched the implications of missional ecclesiology for leadership through adapting the Wesleyan class meetings. The author formed and led a six weeks 'Class Leadership Training (CLT)' for the leadership that rose up in them would be able to move the entire congregation toward a more a missional response to its changing context. The author used inteviews, surveys, observations, and group discussions with participants to find the current state of the congregation. Listening to various voices from different people in the community enabled us to see where the church stands and where to take the next step. For effective mission in the rural context, the author researched theological foundations -- Contextulaization and Konvivenz mission theology -- to support No-ri mission. Based on those two theological factors, the author approached the people in the rural community with Samul No-ri as a representative of Korean traditional culture, because of the familiarity of Samul No-ri in the context. This missional conversation is framed within the larger missio-ecclesiological theology. God's mission to the world can only be understood through the incarnate Word of God. Incarnation is presented as the model for fulfilling God's purpose in the world. Upon arrival, he found that the congregation did not have any exposure or experience in mission. This case study will follow Sterling's journey as it utilized a seven-stage strategy: (1) finding the motive, (2) becoming grounded theologically and in faith, (3) gathering information, (4) initiating the process, (5) having effective communication, (6) official reporting, and (7) evaluation as needed.
