It attempts to describe the community of evangelicals in Rwanda understanding and practice of holistic evangelism. Both qualitative study and quantitative survey were conducted and data were analyzed. The findings support the view that there is need to develop a more effective and viable approach in training church leaders. To overcome these barriers, the Eastern Russian version was produced with a contextual cover, alternate terms and names of biblical characters, and footnotes with a Muslim audience in mind. This dissertation examines the premises and processes of the production of this version anthropologically, linguistically and missiologically.  It also evaluates the effectiveness of its contextualization through qualitative field research. The popularity of STM has increased to the point where it has become a major trend in missions. This study examines and analyzes the effects of North American STM to Mexico from the perspective of Mexican pastors (emic perspective), providing an avenue for the Mexican pastors to give feedback to the North American STM teams.
