A survey of new members added to a congregation over a four-year period reveals that more than 90 percent joined and were baptized as a result of attending the class. In the class the participants' stories become the stories of those who share them in reading and hearing. In the eight-week test period 43 persons were divided into five groups of different age spans, plus one group disregarding age concerns.
