The project was a test of the 'triangle theory of church growth' which is based upon three interdependent and interrelated principles: spirituality, ministry, preaching/teaching.  These three principles were evaluated by a committee process in relation to selected biblical passages and the ministry context in question.  An outside evaluator analyzed the theory and the committee's work. This was done to search out ways that would provide a vision for spiritual renewal and spur church growth. Christian fellowship was also used to establish a norm for Christian relationships.  The fundamental issue of this aspect of the project dealt with the power structure of the church, how power issues hindered a partnership ministry, and caused people to be divided into separate groups.  The primary focal point of this project was to address these issues by looking at images. 'The body of Christ' was utilized to emphasize that the separate groups were a part of the body of Christ. The concluding portion of this project stressed a partnership of ministry. The eight messages centered on eight hindrances, as discovered by survey, that most hampered aggressive witnessing.  The pastor organized members into small discussion groups, prayer groups, and witnessing teams to implement this plan. Students have needs that can be met by the BSU director (campus minister) being involved on campus by teaching a class.  An orientation class was taught using ideas observed and researched by the director.  Class time consisted of lectures, guest speakers, questionnaires, class participation, games and a video. The result was that needs of the college students were discovered. The basis of this project was the formulation of a Notebook of Biblical Marketplace Ethics that addressed not only the issue of the Christian's attitude toward work but also established a set of personal work ethics.  A six-week course was designed and taught to a group of committed Christians using the Notebook.
