The goal of the project was to equip lay leaders with practical resources to enable them to serve as Bible study leaders.  The project participants were trained in the use of various Bible study materials to use with small groups.  Prayer walks were a vital part of the strategy project participants used in preparing the neighborhood to be receptive to a Bible study.  The results differed from what was expected; only three small groups were started. A Bible study curriculum developed by this project designed to break cycles of violence and diminish occurrences of recidivism by abuse victims and is included along with the candid interviews of 11 survivors of domestic abuse. The project was concerned about program objectives, design and results. The project examined theological, theoretical and cultural background studies useful to the appraisal. The project presented the history of the Home Bible Seminary in Thailand. A questionnaire was used to gain the students' perspective on the program. The study included recommendations on how to improve the program. They have been tamed in the patriarchal social system for so many years that they now support this value system and reject women's independence, self-identities, and public leadership.  The author set up a Bible study program to meet the special goal of helping the women of the Christ Central United Methodist Church to understand their own lives and situations. This Bible study program is designed to be an extension and a continuation of the monthly gathering of the Women's Mission Group (YeoSunkoWhoe: United Methodist Women).  five sessions will be carried out over the period of five months. Each session comprises a Bible study, discussion, report, and dinner. The Bible study is focused on the lives of the five women in the Bible. The participants will have opportunities to observe the lives of these women in the Bible and reflect their stories on the participant's own lives. The learner will be led through this course of study to use the Old Testament names of God as a guide in offering prayers of praise to enhance personal and corporate worship.  The long-term goal of this project is to encourage people to pray and worship more frequently, more knowledgeably, more meaningfully, and more effectively, understanding the significance and content of biblical praise.
