The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of brain injury on one's church attendance and involvement and to investigate how the church can minister to this growing population. Individual interviews were conducted with eighteen brian injury survivors that represented a demographic cross-section of the brain injury population. The study revealed that only 28% of participants had returned to active participation with their church post-injury.
