They participated in the 4-month course and provided valuable feedback to improve the content, format, and delivery of the course so it would be useful to other pastors. The participants' management capabilities were appraised throughout the course. After the course, the assessment indicated an upward trajectory in their management skills. The researcher presents a historical case study in which he examined biblical, theological and missiological foundations for indigenous church planting. He then presented the historical narrative of the Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance work in Guinea from 1918 to 2005. District and church missions mobilizers were surveyed as to the motivations, methods, and obstacles for mobilizing people to the mission field. The participants were also surveyed as to their perspectives on the future of missions in The Alliance. It was clear from the data that missions mobilization within The Alliance is a joint effort between churches, districts, and International Ministries of the C\u0026MA. Their congregations were tested before and after to determine the level of impact the training and mentoring provided.  The two 10-minute congregational surveys were conducted at Sunday morning worship services using the same pretest and posttest questions. The design of this study was a phenomenological mixed methods approach. It was determined from the research data that the essence of a call to ministry is a personal and supernatural encounter with the Holy that results in the authorization of, commitment to, and empowerment for a divine commission. This project aimed at encouraging Scripture reading in the Sunday worship service of C\u0026MA churches. It involved fifteen C\u0026MA pastors who used a three-month segment of a four-year Bible reading schedule, developed for this project. Each Sunday they read the assigned reading and material given to them to help them prepare for and introduce the reading. They then filled out a questionnaire, which attempted to evaluate their reactions and ideas concerning the three-month implementation period. They also filled out a short questionnaire three months after they completed the implementation period. This questionnaire sought to identify if they were still reading Scripture regularly in worship and why they were or were not continuing in this biblical practice. The research procedure defines the case study interview questions and church planter surveys used to prove the hypothesis.
