The intention of this program was that accountability to discipleship can be responsibly addressed within the pluralistic context of First Baptist Church, Dayton, Ohio, a downtown church. This program was implemented by developing an 'Adult Discipleship Plan' for the church; offering small discipleship bi-weekly groups for nine months, one overnight retreat, and a training event for church decision-makers; and relating worship themes.
