This was prepared over a period of twelve years with a broad spectrum of workers in the church and the business market-place.  The viewpoint is that of the stewardship of one's talent. It also tests the use of instrumentations (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Blake-Mouton Managerial Grid and a Money Behavior Inventory) in the collection and use of data from 10 pastors and 100 laity.  The paper includes sections on stewardship theology, leadership theory, research methodology, and data analysis.
