A biblical and theological framework is constructed.  A review of stewardship literature notes the pledge and free-will methods utilized by different churches.  Insights applicable to the church setting are also gleaned from fund-raising literature. The project includes four stewardship workshops, four stewardship sermons, plans for a commitment Sunday, and a celebration.
