The small group model includes both a didactic and a creative writing component. The adolescents, in addition to being very expressive about sexuality, gained understanding about the Bible and about sexuality. In order to assist the Pillar of Fire to pursue its purpose with greater ministry effectiveness, this study sought to identify and test receptivity to a purpose-driven organizational restructuring.
