The examination of the lives of pastors, leaders, and lay leaders defined as servant leaders based on Patterson's doctoral work, helped in the development of an attribute-driven virtue-focused servant leadership development model. These components are strategic planning that is intentional, integrated, and implemented. This association is compared in the same organization before and after their strategic planning, and is defined as the organization's ability to accomplish its vision and mission. This hypothesis was studied quantitatively through a survey of previous research and literature review, and qualitatively using the case study method in three Christian organizations. The project design was to distribute an online survey to all East Ohio Conference dCOM members in February 2015. The design of the project utilized an assessment tool to survey adult women between the ages of 20-29. The most prominent finding of this project was that the participants closely to strongly agreed that the daughter's relationship with the father contributed to the feelings of unworthiness in forming a relationship with Christ. The project studied the effect that a Christian humility cultivation experience might have on leaders' understanding and awareness of the amount of prideful attitudes they exhibit, versus their understanding of humility and the amount of humble attitudes they exhibit. Qualitative feedback gained during the humility cultivation experience, along with self-assessment data, formed a solid basis for evaluating the project's effectiveness. Yet, through video partnerships, these churches have a chance to be or become missional. The nature of these rural video partnerships has been to help existing but dying rural churches find support and facilitate its health and life. This project surveyed past and present video partners to help determine whether the partnerships were or are achieving those goals. The author created a focus group of parents of children with a disability, articulating the spirituality that can arise in this group. Though not without limitations, results confirm that online retreat preaching is a powerful method for deepening participants' spiritual lives when done with attention to quality.
