The community development model was developed as a mechanism to address social and economic issues.  The Super Community Development Corporation, the specific research problem to be addressed, evolved from small CDCs with little capacity and smaller resource pools unable to effectively address the pressing concerns of urban communities. Where there is moral decay there is abuse and oppression, and consequently many victims.  This project presents a Biblical, psychological and moral approach to the problem of abuse and victimization.  It explains the nature of abuse and characteristics of victims and abusers.  It defines the nature of courage and the seven moral skills that produce it.  Moral courage empowers people to escape from tyranny and abuse, and fulfill God's magnificent will.
