A worship team made up of Lakeland members created drama and media-augmentation for a series of sermons preached by the pastor.  The project revealed that drama and media-augmentation inserted into a sermon captured the congregation's attention and increased the congregation's ability to listen to the message. Often unfocused and poorly run, meetings can become an opportunity for ministry by effectively using members' time, energy, and talents by introducing methods of efficiency, developing a mission statement, and providing an atmosphere where faith and mission can be nurtured and understood through Scripture and personal stories.
