The objective was to establish an  evangelistic model of deep discussions, reflection sessions, as a relevant contextual model for planting churches to reach the people in Myanmar. The research and evaluations that motivated this evangelistic call were conducted through seminar questionnaires and response forms. The author offers an emerging picture of where the church is in relation to the vision of establishing a missional congregation and how the lack of a permanent site for worship has affected development. Este trabajo busca demostrar la hipótesis de que los rasgos o características de un plantador de igesias efectivo pueden descubrirse y analizarse para su aplicación; por lo tanto, el estudio de las características de estos tres plantadores de iglesias revelará principios transferibles que pueden ser aplicados al ministerio de plantación de iglesias de otras personas. Con el propósito de probar la hipótesis y responder a la pregunta, el investigador hizo lo siguiente: seleccionar para este estudio de casos a tres reconocidos plantadores de iglesias que han estad trabajando por mucho tiempo con gente hispana en lost Estados Unidos. Statistics on new church starts within the Southeastern Jurisdiction of The United Methodist Church are compiled and compared to the presence of, or lack of, a fulltime staff position in new church development. This is also a study in encouraging possible future planting pastors and lay people who are struggling with reluctance whether to leave the safety of a mother church and listen for the call to be part of a birthed daughter church. The purpose of this study is to examine how mother churches overcome their reluctance in planting daughter churches in the suburban context. My research questions that will guide me will be: 1. What are the characteristics of the reluctance on the part of a mother church in planting a daughter church? 2. How were those issues addressed in those churches? 3. Through questionnaires and interviews, eleven NCD pastors articulated their convictions. Survey instruments used biblical foundations, historic distinguishing characteristics of the church, and climates and methodologies incorporated by these pastors. Koinonia, the unique sense of community generated within faith communities, was deemed absolutely vital.  Also very important were leitorgia (worship), kerygma (proclamation), and didache (teaching).
