A survey was designed to collect data on various church planting organizations including local churches, denominations, regional judicatories and para-church church planting organizations. The survey was distributed at the Exponential '08 church planting conference which was sponsored by the Church Planting Network. Research followed a mixed-method approach. Interviews with nationals were followed by the development of a survey instrument. Thirty-three church planters trained by Crossover Communications International were studied. The research studied motivation and de-motivation from six perspectives: spiritual, economic, political/religious, relational, ministry activities, and training. The study found that Moldovan church planters were motivated most by spiritual vibrancy and close relationships. Since these church plants were virtually identical in terms of time and style of service, the need arose to develop something antiparadigmatic. With a rationale in place for a hybrid church to meet on an alternate night, next came the planning and research phase, culminating in the launch of 'The Journey.' One year later 'The Journey' came to an abrupt end. What went wrong? To that effect a triangulation or integration of both quantitative and qualitative research methods were applied to this study as best research methods during collection and analysis of data. Therefore, the archival research, questionnaires responses from 55 missionaries in Ethiopia, the literature reviews of scholars and interviews of respective people were intensively conducted as part of data collection. A Biblical and sociological foundation for planting churches was established, followed by an examination of supportive existing literature. Recent demographics, supplemented with interviews of ministry and civic leaders, provided sociological support. The resulting strategy for planting churches in Wyoming included methods to provide spiritual empowerment, community evaluation, leader evaluation, leader equipping, leader empowerment, and parent partnerships. The literary review surveys some of the key literature concerning church planting, some of the most critical literature concerning coaching, and the literature specifically geared towards the coaching of church planters. The research procedure defines the case study interview questions and church planter surveys used to prove the hypothesis. The study uses a survey format to obtain data regarding church planting in the Churches of Christ in Australia.  The total number of congregations is approximately 450 with 102 responding to the survey.  20% of the churches responding had attempted a church plant in the last ten years. A strategy was developed to facilitate a church planting movement among the various population segments of Santiago Rodriguez. The strategy included a variety of disciplines that were germane to current ministry as a church planter.  The first step was to explore models and study pertinent demographic data describing the Extremaduran people group.  Then the project director developed a strategy for making disciples among the Extremaduran people group and presented it to key leaders.  Throughout the process, goals were evaluated according to specific standards that will maintain both quality assurance and product assessment. The project included research of the spiritual discipline of prayer and contemporary spiritual formation methodologies.  This research led to the design, administration, and evaluation of training sessions with the selected leaders.  Training included seven weekly didactic sessions on various dimensions of individual and corporate prayer, with additional assignments between sessions.  Participants assessed assigned readings  and maintained a journal throughout the process with assigned entries germane to the subject matter.  An eighth and final session assessed the participants' mastery of the subject matter and summarized the project material. The intent of this process was to equip the participants to lead the embryonic congregation in the arena of prayer, fostering a culture in which prayer is understood, valued, and practiced.
