The prject director has identified that many key leaders involved in the worship planning process of Vaughn Forest Church lack necessary worship planning skills. The worship planning team is responsible for the planning of of the large worship gatherings that involve the entire church. These gatherings have a tremendous impact on the life, direction, and momentum of Vaughn Forest Church. The project director utilized the ministry skill enhancement model to design this project. The author researched the current understandings and models of collaboration for the purpose of developing a model of collaborative sermon preparation. Based on this research the author developed a multilevel approach to collaboration that included both face-to-face and online collaboration. The effectiveness of that model of sermon collaboration was studied by an AB study of six sermons developed by two teams. An interpretive comparative qualitative case study method was used focusing on two well-regarded pastoral teams. The findings of this study showed a need for team leaders to have a clear understanding of the essential relational dynamics of teams, the irreducible complexity of those dynamics, and their biblical foundation from ecclesiology, trinitarian theology, and pneumatology. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with six pastors who served on bicultural pastoral staff teams. The research focused on three areas: core values, emotional intelligence, and cultural intelligence. This study concluded that the pastors' self-awareness when combined with their commitment to the Gospel was essential to effective team leadership practices. Through the research the writer tried to suggest the methods to understand the conflict of the church members under the negative impact of the conflict in the church rightly and to show the biblical solution of the conflict. The author made the surveys of the people who finished the 4-week small group Bible studies and then compared the changes of the peiople before and after the Bible studies by analyzing the answers of the questionnaires. The author combined series of sermons with small group activity for death preparatory education. With the sermons on the theme of good death, the study utilized the death preparatory theory of Alfons Deeken as contents of small group programs. The author designed the program for the elderly church members and conducted with class meetings.
