This is needed for life transformation and to better equip members for the work of God here on earth. This hypothesis is supported by literature, theological research, and a primary focused learning team, which was chosen from the Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Brockton, Massachusetts, along with three other churches. The ministerial staff and congregation participated in this project by completing a 360 degree survey of the participants.  The project director presented the results to the ministerial staff in coaching sessions.
