Conflict becomes a catalyst to transform the congregation from dysfunctional to healthy. The project conducts a retreat for congregational leaders and a series of three worship services that focus on past, present, and future. The usual Korean church may have 10 to 12 worship services in one week.  This project proposes to explain what spiritual worship is and how it can be improved in order to renew Korean Methodist congregations.  The project also explores how Christians can establish a worshipful daily life.
