The case study will focus on the strategic decisions made in the midst of renewal. This model of ministry extracted the principles, critical components, and elements that have been primary for the transition. Six principles for growth and renewal were discovered in the literature and diagnose the reality of the Stillwater Church, confirming and denying the application of these principles. Loudsville experienced plateau and decline in congregational, missional, and financial areas of community life. The approach presented in this study could potentially help congregations to rediscover their ontology and then to align the community of the church to the Divine Archetype. It argues that such a change is possible through intensive guided meditations and group discussions over a thirty-day period.  It demonstrates that such change is lasting and supports the affirmation that such a core-value change can affect the ministry of the whole congregation.
