It explored the biblical and theological foundation for inter-generational ministry, and reflected upon current literature. The rationale was shared with the elders and the congregation, and they engaged in several events planned to include multiple-age groups. Their responses to these events and attitudes toward inter-generational ministry were collected through a congregational survey and from feedback from the leaders. Under the leadership of the author, a Minisitry Evangelism Team conducted surveys, interviewed community leaders, and researched bibliographic information information to better understand the Holmes County community.  This strategy was completed through four main goals: the team explored existing ministry evangelism strategies and outstanding church ministry evangelism practices of First Baptist Church, Bonifay; examined the ministry needs of Holmes County, Florida; created a ministry evangelism strategy; and presented this strategy plan to the church leadership. The research findings reveal that the institutional leadership brought by the early British missionaries to Africa served its purpose at the time. However, as we move into the 21st century, this mode of leadership becomes inadequate for the church and Tidings of Faith. The research revealed that institutional leadership has failed to address all the questions of leadership distance between clergy and laity, that the clergy have been saddled with the work of running almost every aspect of the ministry while the laity almost always become spectators, and there has been no conscious attempt within this ministry to train laity for future leadership continuity. The researcher proposed team leadership as an effective and up-to-date option for Tidings of Faith in the years ahead. HOLD the children's work is patterned after the Two Hands Ministry Model of Jesus. The Bible has much to say about poverty and peoples responsibilities concerning it. Development experts estimate 1.4 billion people live in extreme poverty-subsisting on a {dollar}1 a day or less. There is extensive debate over how to effectively eradicate extreme poverty. Haiti, the context for this case study, is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere where 78 percent of its people live in poverty. A significant problem in Haiti is hunger.
