Using a Likard scale research instrument to survey growing and plateaued churches, the project questioned these congregations about witness, service, fellowship, maturity, and worship. It includes a workshop (six two-hour sessions) in which laypersons are guided to explore and claim their ministry. The ministry plan was evaluated by selected church leaders and three young adult ministers. The project was field tested in five locations across Canada, gathering data by questionnaires and interviews.
