This is designed for quality and quantity in the growth of the Korean church. The author researched the background of the Korean church and its current problems.  He also investigated the biblical principles of disciple-making and dealt with the methodology of a disciple-making ministry. Six business persons met monthly with the pastor for one year. Thorugh a series of educational experiences and discussions, they developed a plan of ministry.  The project was based on a laboratory, or think tank, kind of model.  As a result of this extensive process the plan was well thought out, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the business persons in this particular local church. The event itself may exist only a few moments, but its impact and consequences can extend for weeks, or months, and sometimes years.  In short, when a disaster occurs, a crisis is produced which has immediate and long-term effects upon the total community.  The intent of this project is to provide a resource guide for volunteers who are selected by their church bodies or congregations and who are willing to become consultants or counselors at disaster sites. This process involved training members of the congregation to interview persons about their perceptions of the history of Twelve Apostles Church. Supporting research includes a study of scriptural foundations for koinonia, the unique fellowship of Christians in partnership with Christ; reports on five examples of Christian community and elements of koinonia in group life; and examination of leadership styles which enhance koinonia. If a parish is to grow, the total membership should be made aware of this need; and the laity should be given a chance to address themselves to this task.  In developing the project, much information came from interviews, personal experience and readings and observations in black parishes.
