The project director researched relevant resources in the field of youth ministry leadership and developed an annotated bibliography and a teaching plan to be examined by experts in the field of Christian education. The project director developed a curriculum and taught the curriculum to selected adults over several sessions. Chapter 1 discusses the rationale and background of this research. It explains the value of survey research and the principles and parameters of the survey process. Chapter 2 includes the descriptive statistics and frequency tables and then enumerates the survey findings.
