The project director developed an equipping guide, a teaching plan, and a PowerPoint presentation under the supervision of several professionals in the field and utilized them all during a weekend equipping workshop. The project director designed and administered a series of pre and post-tests to measure the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor effectiveness of the workshop. At the completion of the workshop, he evaluated the tests under the supervision of a professional in the field. The evaluations of the tests affirmed the workshop as a success. Teaching of God's word, experiential activities, and inner healing prayer encounters had a substantial impact upon the spiritual well-being of the participants.  These results showed a positive effect upon the participants' false beliefs and emotional wounds. It will begin by learning from biblical teaching and leadership archetypes as well as best practices among renewal movements.  A program for development of staff and supervisors is implemented: (1) national student leadership conference, (2) internship, (3) staff training in fundamentals, (4) regional staff training, (5) NVEST, (6) emerging leaders, and (7) MD training. Trinity Baptist Church is located in a city that is seeing phenomenal growth and change, from being a small farming community to the second largest municipality in Orange County, Florida.  Many of the people moving to our community are members of the Bridger Generation, which is the second largest generation in American history.  This generation is very different from previous generations.  The challenge for the church is to develop a strategy to evangelize the young adults.  This project researched strategic methods used to evangelize young adults.  Upon completion of the research, the project director led a select group of young adults to create a strategy to evangelize young adults in Apopka, Florida. The author planned for other young adults, peer ministers, to be the instruments through which those outlets were created.  The peer ministers received training and created programming for their peers, but the young adults and others at New Jerusalem did not feel that any programs were offered.
