The primary purpose of this phenomenological study is to capture and describe their lived experiences from an emic perspective by conducting a one-year field research that utilized a sequential procedure of applying mixed research methods. The researcher discovered the construction of universal identity and the use of social media and information technology in evangelism. She also heard the urgent cry for spiritual support for a growing CBC youth population. In this reality, this paper is a practical product of applying the principles of the youth revival discovered in 'the revival of the Bible,' 'the natural church development theory,' and 'the great revival movement of the Korean church' to the youth division of Hwado Methodist Church for the revival. The youth departments of selected Baptist churches located in the Oak Cliff Addition of Dallas, Texas, will serve as project participants. The project utilizes a twelve-week discipleship-training curriculum for church members in high school. Participants were invited to engage a variety of spiritual practices via email and a Facebook (FB) group during the season of Advent (2012). The majority (88.2%) of youth completing the post-Advent survey relayed that the project helped them make time or find time for God in their lives. The church and youth group have seen significant growth over the last decade ministering to hundreds of students in Bentonville and the surrounding area. First Baptist's desire was to develop a comprehensive six-year church camp strategy that would be sustainable and effective in reaching and growing teenagers for Christ. The doctoral project was divided into three major sections. The first section explored the field of existing youth camp and youth ministry strategies as well as specific research of First Baptist Church, Bentonville, Arkansas. The second section developed the strategy of a church camp ministry with  the help of the strategy team from First Baptist Church.
