The project provides a route to a more cooperative, Christ-like, and unified evangelical interchurch community. Biblical and theological sources were used to gather data for this project. Further, this project contains information form interviews and fields notes from three case studies at three sites in northern New England. The transient nature of the military forces them to look for a church quite frequently. This project aims to solve that problem by primarily using the three marks of the church as defined by historic Reformed creeds as the main criteria to consider when looking for a church. The guide gives an introduction to ecclesiology, assuming that most military personnel are unaware of this important doctrine. The purpose of this project was to carefully study and succinctly define the qualifications for church leadership as described in 1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Pet 5:1-3, and Matt 20:20-28 with an emphasis upon the church leader's Christ-like character development. I developed the lectures and taught them during a series of sessions in a Bible college course on Ecclesiology in Spanish. This analysis compares and contrasts Mark Dever's ecclesiology with New Testament teaching, as well as the ecclesiology of J. L. Dagg, a prominent nineteenth century Southern Baptist theologian. Dever's ecclesiology provides a robust view of church membership, which is needed in many Southern Baptist churches. A paradigm was formulated by integrating socio-cultural characteristics of Korean diaspora church and framework of culturally-appropriate, theologically-sound and theoretically-coherent missional ecclesiology for Korean diaspora. Eight criteria of missional ecclesiology were identified, and three ontological values were identified: to be sent by the Triune God; to represent the reign of God in the through Jesus Christ; and to be led by the Holy Spirit. An interpretive comparative qualitative case study method was used focusing on two well-regarded pastoral teams. The findings of this study showed a need for team leaders to have a clear understanding of the essential relational dynamics of teams, the irreducible complexity of those dynamics, and their biblical foundation from ecclesiology, trinitarian theology, and pneumatology. The author created a seminar on Orthodox ecclesiology and presented it to nine parish priests who in turn instructed nine different groups of parish council members. Evaluative methods included surveys, field notes, and expert evaluations.
