The methodology required identification of transitional issues, the design and implementation of a program by participants, and multi-level resource persons and groups. The study was limited to 69 women respondents who represent ten denominations.  Data was gathered through written questionnaires distributed by mail. Results indicate that the ordination and employment process is difficult for women.  74 percent report being hurt in their search for employment and ordination and 50 percent have run into discriminatory practices.
