This project was born out of a desire, as a current minister's wife, to help prepare future ministers' wives to stay the course over the often difficult years of ministry ahead. This project determined the most significant issues that pastors and families of forced exits need to address after they leave their church and during the time of transition. This project used interviews and questionnaires of leaders of ministries who work regularly with pastors of forced exits. Ten issues were identified as being the most important issues for pastors of forced exits to address.
