The focus was to make accessible to non-clinical inner healing ministers recent psychological and neuroscientific findings about attachment wounding. Twelve participants assessed the resource by an instrument that included Likert-scale quantitative and open-ended qualitative questions. Quantitative data revealed strong agreement that the resource provided a basic understanding of attachment wounds. Qualitative findings revealed 100% of the participants described the resource as helpful. Twenty women representing member, fellow and diplomate levels of AAPC were interviewed about the most and least facilitative aspects of their supervisory experiences with male supervisors.  Interviewees cited the following factors as most supportive of their learning: a climate of safety, realistic validation of competence, awareness of gender issues, ethical sensitivity and appreciation of the ways women learn.  Interviewees stated that the least facilitative aspects were: abuses of power, theoretical rigidity, arrogance and supervisory invasiveness. Recognition of one's own feelings and the feelings of others, to the extent they are important, was involved in the problem solving process.  The goal was to keep the rational processes functioning when considering alternatives in solving problems in human relationships. Consultation was collaborative in that the department directors worked together in the learning process.
